We exist to nurture, equip & protect the women of Summit Ridge
Titus 2:3-5
Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. Then they can train the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God.
Ecclesiastes 4:9-10
Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their work: If one falls down, his friend can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up!
Colossians 1:9-10
For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you and asking God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all spiritual wisdom and understanding. And we pray this in order that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and may please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God.
Ways you can get involved:
- Pastoral Care – Prayer teams, prayer groups, connection
- Communication – Newsletter, bulletins, flyers, calendars
- Encouragement – Meals ministry, card ministry, gift baskets
- Hospitality – Set-up, clean-up, greeting
- Outreach – Women’s Bible studies, retreats
Bible studies Wednesday mornings from 9:30 - 11:00 a.m., at the Seventh Day Adventist Church building, at the corner of 57th & Freya, (childcare provided). The evening study is Thursday nights from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m., at the SDA Church, (childcare provided).
